Do you remember the first time you had to bake a cake? Was the end result successful?
I have to admit that baking was not my strong point. I tend to grab a recipe, take only one look at it and just throw all the ingredients into one bowl. My thoughts were: "Why do I have to follow the specific order?" It is easier to just measure and mix! It might sound stupid but many beginners think that way.
I have posted about baking before, but I realized that the blog post by itself was just not enough so I wrote this free ebook and I am sure that it will help you in your baking career. The book is aimed at total beginners.
