Modelling Chocolate Recipe

Modelling Chocolate can last for at least one year if it is sealed properly.


Ingredients:

  1. 340 grams Chocolate
  2. 80 ml Glucose


Method:

  1. Cut chocolate in small pieces
  2. Melt the chocolate in microwave on a stove
  3. Mix glucose with chocolate
  4. Blend till smooth
  5. Pour on a plastic wrap, flatten into a patty and seal it
  6. Cool in room temperature
  7. When semi-firm - knead it a bit
