It is so strange that we do not notice something until we are interested in it.
I have attended so many weddings in my life and never (prior to my decorating career) thought about the sugar coating on the wedding cake that was put down in front of me. I now know what that delectable substance was and is totally addicted to it. Not so much the eating part (as I got so used to it), but the playing part. It reminds me so much of my younger years. Don't tell me you never played with clay!
We never grow up, just when you think you kicked those years behind you, it stalks you but this time you create masterpieces that are not just eye-candy but also very sweet on the tongue!
I have had many requests for recipes on fondant. So I've decided to put down a very basic e-book on fondant. Just for the fun of it. You can go try the recipe out and let me know what you think of it. I love the taste because it is homemade, but it is just way too time-to consume, especially if you have to make a lot of cakes, however - nothing beats homemade marshmallow fondant or chocolate fondant!
The other secret I am carrying around is that you can make marshmallow fondant without marshmallows, but if you want to know that secret recipe. You will need to contact me. In the meantime, go grab your free e-book here!
